This project aims to create a balanced organizational framework within the Department of Internal Medicine by merging traditional structures with an agile, project-based approach. Recognizing the value of established reporting lines, we’re also embracing a model that leverages the full skillset of our team, encouraging collaboration across traditional boundaries. By using the project management platform Monday.com, we’re improving our communication pathways, streamlining workflows, and providing real-time tracking of tasks and projects.
This blended approach empowers the administrative team with tools for improved task management and decision-making, fostering a responsive environment that adapts swiftly to changing needs and priorities. The goal is to boost productivity, minimize bottlenecks, and create a dynamic, collaborative work culture that drives success for both individuals and the department.
