In an effort to further optimize operations at our MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) program in Galveston and our collaboration with the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), it is our distinct pleasure to announce that Dr. Bagi Jana has been appointed as the Medical Oncology Section Chief for our Galveston program, effective immediately. Dr. Jana’s enthusiasm for the program, longstanding relationships, and ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels make him the ideal candidate for this role.
