RE: Mandatory Pre-registration Requirements

Welcome to UTMB Student Health and Student Counseling. We look forward to working with you to achieve optimal health. In order to accomplish this goal, we need your assistance in completing your preregistration forms.

The orientation presentation below will provide information about our services. You will also find Immunization and Titer Requirements for enrollment as a student at Galveston College and an Immunization Record form. This form must be completed with supporting official documentation attached. The immunization requirements comply with the State of Texas, the Texas Department of Health, and the CDC. You must meet ALL identified requirements. Students must complete all immunizations prior to enrollment.

Immunizations are available at Student Health upon the 1st day of class and after with proof of payment of the Student Health Fee. You may call Student Health for an appointment.

Please remember that immunizations are mandatory for your enrollment at Galveston College. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Student Health and Counseling at (409) 747-9508. We look forward to working with you in the months ahead!
