Geri-Fit
® is
a strength bodybuilding program. Most exercises are seated. All exercises are safe for all levels of fitness. This program is made available for people 60 years of age and older. Meet with your Certified Geri-Fit® Instructor for 45 minutes twice weekly for 12 weeks in person or online live on Zoom at various locations near you.
