Healthy Aging in Place - GeriFit®

Led by Christine Boodley and David Bowers, the UTMB's GeriFit® program is creating a culture of healthy aging in place. GeriFit is not just a fitness or exercise class. It is an evidence-based strength training program that helps older adults rebuild muscle, enhance mental wellbeing, and have fun with a group of peers.
