All applicants applying for our Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Program must have completed training in either an Internal Medicine or Pediatric residency accredited by the ACGME.

Required documents that should be submitted thru ERAS include:

• Three to four letters of recommendation from Program Directors, Research Mentors, and Key Faculty Supervisors
• Personal Statement
• Medical School Transcript
• Medical Student Performance Evaluation/Dean's Letter
• United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX) Transcript
• Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) Status Report (for international medical graduates only)
