Thank you for your interest in the University of Texas Medical Branch. Each of our four schools has specific admissions instructions and application requirements. Please visit the appropriate page using the links below for school-specific admissions information and/or to apply for admission.
Application deadlines and application packet requirements are available on each of the School's Websites.
Applicants to Undergraduate programs at UTMB must be Texas Success Initiative (TSI) compliant prior to enrollment at UTMB. Questions regarding TSI may be directed to Enrollment Services.
Applicants to Undergraduate programs who have not satisfied CORE Curriculum at another Texas educational institution, must satisfy UTMB Core Curriculum requirements before a baccalaureate degree is conferred.
Several of our programs require application through a CAS (Centralized Application Service). If you are applying to a program using a CAS, please send official transcripts directly to the CAS. If you are applying to a program that does not use a CAS, you must submit official transcripts to the Office of Enrollment Services for the final processing of your application data. Please note: it is mandatory that official transcripts be sent electronically via SPEEDE or other electronic means if your school has this capability.

If your institution does not send transcripts electronically, we will accept a hardcopy transcript as official if mailed by the institution directly to UTMB Office of Enrollment Services, 301 University Boulevard, Galveston, Texas 77555-1305. We cannot accept transcripts sent or delivered by a student as official. Please also note: if you apply through a CAS, and are accepted to the University, you may still need to send final, official transcripts to Enrollment Services. More information on this will be provided if you are offered admission.
