Training is offered in progressive tiers, specific to each instrument or technology. Users must complete the required training steps in order to qualify for independent access.

How to Schedule Training
First Training Session (Training #1 – Required for all users)
- Register with the UTMB iLab Flow Cytometry Core site
(Follow the instructions on the Registration page) - Log in to the UTMB iLab Flow Cytometry Core.
- Select Request Services from the menu.
- Click “Request Service” next to the appropriate training.
- Complete and submit the request form.
- Your request will be reviewed by Flow Core staff.
- The request will either be approved, or staff will contact you for additional information.
Additional Training Sessions (Training #2 or #3)
- Schedule training using the appointment scheduler.
- Clearly note “Training Session” in the Notes section when making the request.
