Your Student Life Program Specialists are Texas State Notaries and are happy to assist you with any notarization needs! Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend making an appointment for guaranteed service. Email us at student.life@utmb.edu.

We know faxing is old school... but sometimes it's necessary. Stop by any time for free faxing and scanning. We can both send and receives faxes for students.

If receiving a fax through our office, please instruct the sender to include a cover page with your name and UTMB email address.

We have a USPS Letter Dropbox located on the first floor of the Jamail Student Center in the back hallway. The dropbox is available 24/7 for students and is picked up twice a week by USPS. Letters must be posted.

We also accept pre-posted USPS packages on the second floor of the Jamail Student Center.

UPS & FedEx dropboxes can be found in front of Rebecca Sealy (404 St Marys Blvd) and are picked up on weekdays.
