    Student Organization Registration Renewal

May 20, 2020, 12:52 PM by Taylor Sieling
Hey Student Orgs - It's time for Annual Registration Renewal! Registration renewal is required for all student organizations. The registration period will take place from June 1 - August 31, 2020. Registration has two parts: An Online Registration Form and a Risk Management training. Student organizations that do not complete both parts of the renewal process will lose their registered status and can no longer be active on campus - including making rooms reservations, conducting fundraisers, participating in the Welcome Back Week Community Fair, etc. For more information, click "Full Story".

Every Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00 PM, join us for a trivia challenge on Kahoot. The trivia challenge will open at 12:00 noon and will last exactly one hour - participants must answer all questions before 1:00 PM. Each week will have a different trivia topic. You can visit the UTMB Student Life Facebook Page for the Web URL or Game Pin to join the trivia challenge. The winner of each challenge will receive a $20 gift card! To be eligible for the gift card prizes, please use your UTMB username (e.g. tasielin) as your Kahoot nickname. Those who do not use this format will not be eligible to receive prizes. After each round of trivia, we will email our winner and find the best email to send them their gift card.
