Verify an Employee's Fit Test Status

If the below report does not populate or you get notification that you do not have permission, send an email to ehs@utmb.edu.

Procedure:

  1. Select your department from the list by searching with name or cost center. Click the correct department.
  2. The report will populate with all individuals in the selected department with a current valid fit test.

If no data populates after searching, then no employees in that department have a valid fit test.

NOTICE: This report does not include students or agency nurses (HCSS). All fit tests are valid for 12 months. All staff with employees who were fit tested more than 12 months ago and who continue to have a need to wear an N95 must updated their medical clearance with Employee Health and schedule a fit test ASAP.
