Biography
She is a native Texan, who has practiced in Surgical and Neurology based fields throughout her career. In practice, her areas of interest were in Surgical first assisting, and inpatient critical care and floor management of patients, and training and mentoring practicing Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses. She has an interest in collaborative patient care across medical professions, and provider and student well-being and work satisfaction.
She has a Master’s of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is NCCPA certified, and holds memberships in AAPA, and TAPA.
