Biography
John C. McKee, PhD is an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. Dr. McKee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Political Science, all from the University of Houston.
Dr. McKee held various positions at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from 1993 to 2007, with primary responsibility for outcomes assessment, alumni surveys, development of operational metrics and process improvement. He also spearheaded quality assessment efforts at UT-Physicians, the University’s physician practice organization. These efforts included the development of a comprehensive patient satisfaction survey system, a clinic utilization study and a physician satisfaction survey.
