Pediatric Hospital Medicine

C0-Director: Lemuel Aigbivbalu, MD and Marie Dawlett, MD

Pediatric Hospital Medicine is a specialty dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical care for hospitalized patients. Each Pediatric Hospitalist has three or more years of Pediatric residency training and at a minimum, is board certified in General Pediatrics. Whether your child is a newborn, being treated for a common illness, recovering from an injury or surgery, or has a severe, complex disorder, we are dedicated to providing the best possible treatment during your child's hospital stay. We remain in contact with primary Pediatricians and work with Pediatric sub-specialists to treat each child's unique condition. Pediatric Hospitalists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We strive to provide outstanding family-centered inpatient care that is safe, effective, efficient and timely. We are committed to the education of our Pediatric residents and medical students, as well as performing meaningful clinical research and serving in many healthcare quality improvement roles.
