Records Storage

All University departments are encouraged to send inactive or infrequently used university records to the Records Storage. When departments store their records offsite, the life cycle of the records are managed for them. When the retention has been met, the records team will prepare a Disposition Log and request permission from the department to destroy the records. If no holds exist, the records team will securly shred  the  records for the department.

**Records Management Compliance DOES NOT process or fulfill Medical Records or Employee Records requests.
