How to Submit a CRC Protocol

— PI and Coordinators must meet with CRC team to schedule a budget meeting. Contact Kim Raschke at knraschk@UTMB.EDU.

— Protocol must be approved by the IRB.

— Submit the following documents to crcservicesrequest@utmb.edu for administrative review:

• IRB-approved Protocol
• IRB-approved Consent Form(s)
• IRB Approval Letter
• CRC Resource Request Form
• Biographical Sketch or CV of PI

The protocol has an administrative review, which takes 10 days or less.

— Once administratively approved a protocol initiation meeting must be scheduled before study can begin on the CRC. Contact Lamonne Crutcher at lmcrutch@utmb.edu to schedule.
