Requesting a Studio consultation for your research project

Request a Studio session by clicking the request button on this page. Please complete the entire request and include all required uploads.

Your request will be reviewed by the MiCTS members. You will be contacted with more information, including details about the days and times our Studio is available, if applicable. You may also be provided with expert assistance or other possible resources.

If you require a full Studio, you will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation.

Studio meetings will require that the Principal Investigator – and, if applicable, the Faculty Sponsor – give a 15-minute PowerPoint synopsis of their research project using our standard presentation template (to be provided) to members of the Studio. After the presentation, follow-up questions will be asked by the Studio members to clarify any areas that may be unclear and to provide expert advice and guidance. The full Studio will typically last 1 hour.

Finally, the Studio members will designate a “Navigator” (or team of Navigators) to help you refine and strengthen your research project.
