Clinical Services for Patients and Families
Our goal is to provide personal, comprehensive care of the highest quality for children and families in ways that consistently surpass expectations. Clinicians treat patients primarily in the Children's Hospital and PICU at John Sealy Hospital and in our Island and mainland clinics. Our ability to provide support to referring physicians includes a new Pediatric Specialty Center, in League City, providing multidisciplinary care in a state of the art setting. In recent years, we have extended our services to both UTMB patients and patients seen by regional pediatricians, with Pediatric After Hours Urgent Care Clinics in League City and in Galveston. In addition to treating patients at UTMB Health locations, our specialists see patients in San Antonio, El Paso and Beaumont, Texas.

Appointment Reminders
You will receive an appointment reminder in the mail about 2 weeks before your scheduled clinic visit and an automated telephone reminder 2 days before your appointment. If you prefer not to receive reminders, please let us know at the time you schedule your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
In order to give all patients the earliest possible appointment, we ask you not to miss an appointment without 24 hours advance notice.
With your help, we can often make it possible for another patient to get medical care sooner. Don't be a "no-show."
