Biography
Robert Beach, MD is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies (PAS) at the John Sealy School of Medicine at
The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). He is also a Professor
Emeritus for the UTMB Department of Internal Medicine, Scholar Emeritus
for the John McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine, Clinical Professor
for the UTMB Department of Pediatrics, Clinical Professor for the UTMB
Department of Family Medicine, and medical director of the St. Vincent’s
Free Clinic.
Dr.
Beach received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Louisiana Tech
University and a Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University.
He did his residency with the UTMB Department of Internal Medicine and
his fellowships with the Department of Internal Medicine with Duke
University Medical Center.
