Halloween Carnival

Each year, the Osler Student Societies and the Student Government Association partner to host a fun-filled Halloween Carnival for the children of UTMB staff and the local Galveston community.

The event features a variety of festive booths and activities, including face painting, pumpkin painting, a bounce house, a dunk tank, and plenty of treats like cotton candy, popcorn, and goodie bags. The Galveston Fire Department and UTMB Police Department actively participate, joining forces with student volunteers to create a safe and memorable experience for all.

In the spirit of giving, students also use the event as an opportunity to collect canned goods in support of the St. Vincent’s House food pantry.
