The John P. McGovern Osler Student Societies Medallion Awards are given in recognition to a first, second, third and fourth-year medical student based on submissions of medical humanities related projects which may include essays, art, music, or performance art. Submissions will be solicited beginning in July with closure for submissions in mid-August.  Finalists from each class will be determined by mid-September and awarded at the Annual Willie O’s Dinner.  Awards will include the inscription of the Awardee’s name on the back of the Medallion and a $500 check.
